I would have to say that some would suffer with some form of mental illness , (but we all suffer differently) !. I now think that those people who molest and rape child/ woman / man !.!.!.!. Have chemicals missing in their brain @ birth!.!.!. ,

I guess pedofilia is a mental disorder!. The ones out there preying on the community at large probably also have some type of personality disorder - idk!. As for mental illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar, depression, anxiety/panic, etc, nope, no relationship!.

As a victim of sexual abuse for many many years, I often wonder this myself!. I really wish I knew, it eats at me and causes a conflict in feelings towards my abuser!. As far as I know there is no solid proof of it being an illness!.!.!.although some of them are sociopaths!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes,i do believe they do have a mental health problem,but it is not an excuse for them to do what they did!.They might of been hurt as a child,but as a survivor myself,it doesn't give them a right to do what they did!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
