Question: Has anyone with panic disorder, had an attack, on a trip, and returned home!?

OMG! I thought I was the only one who had panic attacks while traveling!
I've had this problem for years, since I was a kid, but I never told anyone about it or got help for it until last summer when I started having panic attacks triggered by something else, too!.
Since I didn't get help, you're probably wondering how I survived for 30+ years when I had to travel!. lol
Well, I simply told myself that nothing bad would happen to me, and that people all over the world love to travel, and I should, too!. Then I concentrated on something else, and kept my mind on other things while talking to my husband and kids while we drove!.
Each trip got easier for me because I had learned from the past trips that I was fine and there was no reason to panic!.
But then last summer something else started causing me to have panic attacks and I had to call my doctor for meds!. They worked like a charm!.
However, I also recently discovered the website below and signed up for the free information, then I bought the ebook!. It's working wonders for me, and guess what!? No more meds!
