limit your self to 10 answers or something and then do half an hour of housework by doing this your treating yourself everytime you do the chores and still gettig the work done!.

I must admit its quite compulsive i just come & go, get the ironing board by the pc that way you can still have a go, & not feel guilty!. What a Sad lot of people we are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
