OMFG is it true that chinese people strap a live monkey down with it's head sticking out on a center of a table then cut its skull open then add ingredients to it and eat its brains while it screams!?

Yes unfortunatley that does happen, although I am not sure it still is or if it happens all over China or in certain areas!. I saw a brief glimpse of it on the internet once and threw up!. Not only do the Chinese do that but they also use bears for their bile, it is the cruelest thing I have ever heard of happening to animals!. They also use dogs and cats for fur and leather, it does get sold all over the world so when you buy leather it could be a dog or cat!. There are a lot of horrible things they do to animals there but there is a group that is working very hard to end the abuse there!. http://www!.animalsofasia!.org/ I don't know if they are working to stop that but maybe there is something on their site about it!.
I don't think "culture" is any kind of excuse for torturing, abusing, harming any pain feeling being!. It is others business, others like me who care deeply about all animals, human and non!. Because it affects me and others like me with saddness and possible depression for the ones being hurt and knowing we cannot help them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
