I am causing myself bad anxiety at work?!

Question: I am causing myself bad anxiety at work!?
A few people quit on us where I work and the two of us that were left have had to work a lot of extra hours!. I have done everything that the other girl has, I have never refused to work or complained about it!. We got another person trained and this week the owner is leaving and the girl cannot work a few of those days because of a funeral!. The owner got one of the people who quit to work for us, and I can have my days off this week now!. When he was dicussing about what to do this week I told him I could work anydays and as many hours as he needed but if at all possible I need friday off!. Well tonight he called and asked me if the schedule was ok, I said yes it was good and that if the one person wants me too I can work some more hours for her!. He said that would be good!. What is bothering me is that he was like "If they need help you need to help them!." I feel like he dosen't think that I want to work, I don't know why else he would say that and not in a real friendly tone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow, if your boss is an @sshole, you should quit your job, dont work for someone who treat his employees like they are his minions that he can just yell when ever he please to, lol but then again, he's nice to you but if he treats other ppl like minions, he will probably do the same to you if your not careful,

lol other then that, idk

good luck!!

EDIT:: sh1t!! my friend just told me chinese people sell and eat abborted babies and they would just make babies and sell them, OMG what the helL!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you said here is a bit confusing but it sounds like either your boss is stressed as well or this attitude is why the others left!. The emphasis of his tone didn't really come in the question here but I suggest a better response would be that you've been willing to work any time for as long as necessary but you are becoming stressed and need some time off!. Friday is the best day for me, is that day be a problem with you!?
The last line is a bit of a trick, you're not asking for a day off, you are asking which day is best for him!. There is another trick here, he is going to find out how much you do because it won't get done on your day off (don't be surprised much of the work waiting for you the next working day)!. either he will realize your value to the company and treat you better or you will know that you would be better off looking for another job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lie on your bed
breathe deeply through your mouth with your hand on your stomach, making sure your hand rises!. Exhale through your nose!. Imagine your toes filling with warm water, up your legs etc!. till you are totally relaxed!. Do not think about it!.

As for the job, put some resumes out there, give two weeks notice to not burn any bridges!. We spend most of our waking time at work, if it is stressful and we are unhappy it is not good!. A job is an economic situation!. You will stay as long as it is adventagous for you to say!. If the company needs to lay you off or fire you they will not hesitate to do either!. You only work at a place when it is mutually beneficial!. It sounds like this ship has sailed!.
Good Luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
