I want to be happier with myself and with others?!


Question: I want to be happier with myself and with others!?
I have mood swings all the time!. It seems when I feel like I couldn't be happier i get depressed!.!.!. and then i get angry and then i start crying and i get angry again!. I have anxiety and my family has a history of depression and mom and dad both have manic depression/bipolar!. My mom says I'm not depressed or bipolar but i feel like its one or the other!. I want to be around people but then at the same time i don't!. my boyfriend feels like its his fault when its not!. i know its just me!. i just don't know how to be happy even though everything is great with my life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

honey it sounds like you MAY be bipolar!. do you think your mom would allow you to got get professional help!. there are different types of medication that can help stabilize your mood swings, the depression and possibly give you a more quality of life!. you have to also realize that happiness comes from within!.!.!.not just because all is going great in your life!. you have to be happy with who you are first before you can seek happiness else where!. i am bipolar and have been for almost 25yrs!. it is not an easy road but sweetie it can be traveled!

if she (your mom) will allow you, try to go see a pdoc and let them see where the problem lies!.!.!.see if therapy and/or meds would be beneficial to you!.

maybe the thing is genetically and need a treatment, but you also can help your self ,,, try to do something new in your life , break the routine, join a club or go on a vacation if you have money!.
always remember that your not alone in this world even when you are physically alone, and keep in mind that there are people who loves you and care about you!. try to keep smiling and have positive thoughts !. exercises are also important when ever you feel depressed just have a walk and clear your thoughts!. also some food have a good mental effect like : fish , chess and chocolates!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
