like i think i have a sex addiction, i have an urge to have sex, can stop to watch porn, masturbation, the way i deal with porn is mark the last time i watch it and do a 40 day 40 night no porn , and every time i have an urge i just challenge my self, oh ur a pussy, u can't handle a simple stuff, but the other stuff i don't know howWww@Answer-Health@Com
