Question: Why am I still having nicotine withdrawal symptoms!?
I am in my third smoke-free week!. I have bouts of depression and nights I can't sleep!. Why!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know when I've tried to quit I had sleeping problems as well which lasted quite a while!. It will take you a while before your Brain adjust to nicotine free feeling,no craving!. With drawls Symptoms like you experienced are normal, your Body/Brain try to just to a nicotine free state and it take up to six month and longer to achieve that!.
Try to get some help, Nicotine Replacement Therapy its a great way, like patch, gums, inhaler!.
Talk to your Doctor what is best for you!.
Don't give up, it is a long way out but only takes a few seconds to Begin !.

you really just have to put it out of your mind!.!.!.i stopped smoking 2 months ago now and there are some days i really want one!.!.then i take a puff from my friend and go ick!.!.!.cos after not smoking for so long it tastes like crap and you have to try all over again to like them!.

you will have nicotine withdrawal symptons for a very long time!. If they are really bad you sould be using a patch to assist with your quitingWww@Answer-Health@Com
bc ur still withdrawing and also if u were a stress smoker not smoking isnt helping!. try smoking a cig, gosh it will feel sooo good :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
