What would you call this?!
Question: What would you call this!?
For the past five months, I have been going through this!.!.!.well!.!.!.odd stage!. Like, every memory I have before the year 2007 gives me a sick feeling in my stomach and makes me very anxious!. I always make the memories seem negative, no matter what they are of - when they are things I never thought negatively about!.
Is this some type of illness, or could it just stem from my severe depression and anxiety!?
I know it seems very odd, but I would just like to know what's going on, and if everybody else has had this experience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh wow I get like this!. im 31 and looking back, no matter how glorious the occasion I always get a down feeling!. I think its depression but also sad that those times are gone maybe!. I dont know for sure but now you mention it Im going to bring it up to my Pdoc on my next appointment!.
I am bipolar ll and on lexapro and lamictal yet I still get a sad, down feeling when looking at old and sometime newer photos and such!. Kinda glad to know Im not the only one like this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the only thing you can do is ask your psychotherapist or ask to see a psychologist that may prescribe medication if necessary!. Best of luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Meds will really help you with the depression and the anxiety!. But also you got to talk these thing out about your memories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
