How to get over being paranoid?!
Question: How to get over being paranoid!?
I am so paranoid!.!.!.if I hear anyone talking about me, my instinct is to find out what they are talking about and why!. Today, I heard my 3rd cousin talking about how everyone gets us confused and how she hates being confused with me because we don't look alike!. Sure, I've heard this one before, but there was something new added to it: something she was whispering!.!.!.I don't know what it was, but I got the feeling that she was saying she doesn't want to look like me!.!.!.and of course I began jumping to conclusions!. I mean, I know I'm not "the most beautiful thing on Earth", but I don't feel as though I'm that terrible looking!. I kind of see myself as the real-life Bella in Twilight because we both share a lot of the same features!.!.!. and we both appear as plain!.!.!.
Anyway, I'm just worried about what everyone thinks of me, just how I look!. I'm afraid I'm too plain or that I look like I have an angry expression on my face all of the time just because I'm relaxing my face!.

Well, you don't say how old you are, but teenagers are normally more self-conscious, because they haven't figured out their place in the world yet, so to speak (even though many adults probably struggle with that too)!. Even I sometimes wonder if people don't talk about me!. I am very sensitive to the vibes of others and can sometimes see that they stare at me!. This stems from me being artistic and always dressing differently, etc!. However, I find myself analysing and criticising others mentally as well, so just look at it this way: the world is a stage and we're all actors in it!. We're all secretly watching and weighing each other up!. In the end it does not matter what others think as long as you live your life as best you can and try to be kind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
