Question: Test tomorrow!! What will help me sleep!?!?
My AP Spanish exam is tomorrow :/ and i want to get alot of sleep, so what are some things i can do that will help me not be so nervous about it and help me get to sleep (i!.e!. a warm shower!?)!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not watch TV, be on the computer, or listen to music 30 minutes before going to bed and then just sit and read for a bit, and then when you are going to bed, just turn everything off, no luights, or music, and that will make you get a better night sleep and it will make you go to sleep faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
A warm shower or a bath, and something warm to drink!. Drink either a teaspoon of honey in warm milk, decaffeinated tea with little sugar, or something!. Also reading makes you tired, it will help you sleep, and as you sleep put music to a small volume!. It will not only make you sleep fast, but you will have a good sleep too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you have a orange tree it would really be useful if so then cut about 3 leaves (if leaves are big,4 is small) and put in a bout 2 cups of water let boil then put in the leaves let get cold ( not too cold just enough so you can drink) and drink in about 5 min you should start to get drowsy and then fall asleep !. Then, take a very warm shower, and put on pj's and lay in bed then just close your eyes with all the lights off!.

try to take a shower, then eat alot!. that causes you to feel more sleepy due to your system using alota energy to break down the food, in result geting raelly sleepy!. :]

You could take some drugs!.
OR you could take a warm shower, drink some warm tea or milk, read a boring book while laying in bed, and then drift off!.
Then in the morning, eat some oatmeal made with milk, butter, and cinnamon!.
