Any other child sexual abuse survivors...?!

Question: Any other child sexual abuse survivors!.!.!.!?
have major issues with anger!?
I get angry really fast and sometimes over trivial things eg the other night my husband was playing on the playstation for hours and then it was late when he finished, and also I was trying to show him something on YouTube and he was watching and then walked away before it finished, and I got really pissed off and threw something across the room!.
In my mind, this isn't normal anger!.
I used to take anti-depressants!. Should I ask my doctor for another prescription!? Would they help with my anger!?
Also my sister is going to be evaluated for BiPolar Disorder and we are very similar!. So now I'm wondering if I might be BiPolar!. Or something else!.!.!.
What does everyone think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, I survived child abuse and have really bad issues with anger!. One minute I'm am happy and funny, people like being around me and then I can snap and become aggressive!. I think I'm a lot better then I used to be because I've had to learn that the abuse that I suffered as a child which destroyed me will destroy me again (and potentially the people I love around me) if I don't step back from it!. I take it one step at a time now, and have learnt that it's ok to be angry, just be angry with the person/people that abused you, not the people who make your life good!. I dont think medication is a good idea, it just masks the feeling you have without curing them!. Hope this helps in some way!. Good luck!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com

You were angry because your husband did not show interest in what you were doing!. Maybe telling him how hurt it made you feel when he just walked away!. Try to communicate with him about how when he does certain things it makes you feel!.!.!.!. "You do not care!."
"You're not interested in me anymore!."
"You don't love me as much anymore!."
Keep the lines of communication open!.
I am happy to hear that you have a husband!. I am also a survivor and i am having life lone problems with trust and closeness!. I do not have any close relationships!. It is pretty lonely!. Best Wishes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think communication islacking in your relationship!. Your husband was pre occupied with the play station and wsn't showing interest in what you had to show him!. That king of thing p's me off too - it gives the impression of disinterest and poor communication!. I have been physically and emotionally abused, but had outbursts of anger such as throwing a dish through a mirror!. This was because no matter how much I tidied the flat, my other half helped to mess it up immediately!. I recognised this and I went back on my antidepressants and can communicate in a better way!. I am calmer and less anxious!. Poor communiation does REALLY p me off! It could be PTSD, people set me off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
