Question: I found out I have Anxiety !.!.!.!.!.!.does anyone else have it or know how to control it !?
My anxiety is really bad !.!.!.( It runs in my famiily ) Like when I get nervous I Twitch and shake and pass out !. I have done this a lot and not only is it aweful to live with exspecialy since my life is always stressfull which doesn't help !.!.but its also embarressing !.!.!.I mean seriously I have passed out at the doctors ( I fell right off the table and on to the floor head first !.!.yah go ahead laugh its funny now but wasn't then ) I've passed out in the shower !.!.in the hallway , in the middle of the street , at church , at my friends house , walking up the hill to the book store ( I knew I was going down so I grabed on to a tree !.!.big mistake I slid down scrapping my arm up) I kinda can tell when I am going to pass out but it comes to sudden and I want to tell people when its gonna happen but everything goes into a dream mode and I can't talk , So my question is " Are there are any meds I can go on to help this !? "!. I am 14 gonna be 15 in July !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the answer is YES i have it and i used to take pills for it but know i don't cause i wont to beat it without pills but the pills do help but u need to talk to your parents about it or maby a friend to tell themWww@Answer-Health@Com

You may have epelipsy -- need to see a doctor and tell your parents!. Very foolish and immature not to tell your parents!. Unless this is a front to get attention from your friends!.!.!.and all the fainting is a joke!.!.!. Anxiety is not an item you get from your mother in birth!.!.!.

If you pass out from stress you are not to ever GET A DRIVERS LICENSE!. YOU WILL KILL SOME ONE DRIVINGWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have really bad anxiety, I get panic attacks a lot, because I have a hard time driving over bridges!. I would talk to youre doctor and even a therapist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First when you have signs that you can distinguish that is an aura- it means react- sit in a safe place or get as close to the ground as possible!. For me I do stress relief through exercise, yoga and praying/meditations!. There are mild anti-anxiety medications that you can check with your doctor about!. I carried a pillow for several months when it was really bad (not like my bedroom pillow just a little throw pillow) also you need to have your friends learn about your specific anxiety disorder- is it general anxiety, panic anxiety- this needs to be professionally diagnosed!. It is no laughing matter anyone that laughs is obviously not going to give you good advice!.

1st get professional diagnosis and blood tests to check and see if this isnt caused by anemia!. Second since you know your warning signs- start working on your triggers (what causes the attacks) you may not relate the information now but by journaling the experiences with help from friends, church goers, and family you can find out what happens right before, during and after!. You may also want to have a fasting blood sugar test done!. IS their any history of hypo or hyperglycemia in your family!? (Type I or II Diabetes, Low Blood Sugar, etc!.!.!.)- this may be a warning sign!. Talk to the doctor who diagnosed you and find out about medication there are low dose meds that may help!.

yeah, it can be inherited!.!.!.i have symptoms of anxiety attack wherein my heart beats fast, tight chest and numb hands, i went to the psychiatrist without letting my parents know coz they'll just mock at me!.!.!.i was prescribed a tranquilizer (and also antidepressant)!. but since you are still a student, you need parental support for financial coz consulting a psychiatrist has many sessions, and the drugs should be prescribed by the doctor's instruction coz there are a lot of types of tranquilizer and it should NOT be more or less for you body to consume, it really needs a prescription!. but the first thing you could do is deep breathing---inhale from your nose and then you exhale from your mouth!. avoid caffeine!. avoid too much stress (coz that's where i got mine)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
