Why am i so shaky and cold all of the time??!
Question: Why am i so shaky and cold all of the time!?!?
1 problem:
i think i have poor circulation in my arms and legs and i feel very cold all of the time my teacher at school needs to loan me her wool sweater just to stay warm alot even in summer i feel freezing
2 problem:
i am shaky all of the time and wenever people snap or clap in my face i always flinch so everyone taunts me and purposly makes me flinch
whenever i close my eyes i flinch too and i dont know why
when someone says hi to me i always jump and scream and i dont know why im not nervous but i always seem worked up and i think i need to relax, but is this normal that i flinch all of the time!?!?
also i can keep still my head is always shaking and my arms are so shaky that i cant write properly because i make lines whenever i write and i cant stay straight and i get 100% in art which is my fav subject and my best subject :(
any suggestions are much appreciated thnxx!!!

See a doctor!. It sounds like you have a neurological problem!. If you close your eyes, while standing, do you feel dizzy or faint!? Shaky limbs are a sign of a nervous system disorder!. You need to have an MRI done to see what the problem is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The cold prob u have low Iron in your blood, try a multivitamin for that(drink with 100% juice), sounds like maybe some kind of anxiety disorder talk to ur family doctor or if no doctor go to the nearest emergency room and tell them ur symtoms, even if u dont have insurance(they will bill u)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
