I don't know what to do; can someone help me out please...?!


Question: I don't know what to do; can someone help me out please!.!.!.!?
I'm a 20 year old college student, and I have my share of problems; I was sexually abused as a child, I was sexually assaulted as a teen and well I'm not exactly doing well emotionally; sometimes even minor situations are too hard for me to handle because I carry so much pain through my life!. Friends are slightly comforting but I am MUCH more comfortable talk to "adults" (like teachers and such), The comfort, empathy and understanding they provide has been my refuge this last little while!. One of my teachers in particular is someone with whom I feel I can really trust, and open up to; but this is my last week in her class!. When I opened up to her about my past once before, she was very welcoming and offered to listen, but I don't know how far I can take that!.!.!. Did I lose out on the chance by being too afraid to talk to her about it again!? If not, how do I tell her that I really trust her, and feel that she's the only one I can open up to!? I just don't know what to do! I'm so confused!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should talk to your teacher if you feel she is someone you can trust, especially since she was helpful to you last time!. I think you would really benefit from sharing your feelings with someone because some things are just too difficult to keep inside!. I know that my eigth grade teacher was really helpful to me with my eating disorder, and she even kept in touch during the summer, so maybe your teacher will do the same!.

You should find a therapist to talk to about these issues and help you work through your emotions!. Talking to your teacher could be just an added bonus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The answer is quite simple but the procedure is hard!. It's typical human behavior to be afraid or embarrassed which is a big reason as to why most Americans never accomplish any goals!. Any action you take must be made first without thought!. That is the best way to conquer fear!. Just walk to her (thoughtless) and let the torrent of emotions pour trust me she won't think you're crazy (she might but if she does humans are too empathetic to pass a helping hand) Surround yourself with the ones who make you feel better if you have down time try a nice chat with those people!. Ultimately understand the concept of time!. You cannot change the past only prevent the future NEVER let anyone force themselves upon you even if you have to assault them (or there groin) adn I know it's complicated to but move on!.
