Question: How can they doc!. help with my : Post Traumatic stress syndrome!?
!.!.!.My flash backs are getting stronger and worse, I have a miltra back ground , my only fear is hurting the ones that didn't ask for it!. It was controled for 12 years,no meds needed but on 4/13/08 something stapped!.!.!.!.to make matters worse on 4/15 the local PD used an assualt team to get me out of my apt!.!.!.now my flash backs are stronger!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i want to let you know you are not alone,i too suffer from PTSD and it can wreack havoc on your life,especially if you do not know what may trigger the flashbacks,as certain people,places and things can set it off!.See if your doc has worked with people with PTSD and find out what knowledge he may know about it,you might want to do some research and show him some material which might help him to better understand it!.You might also want to bring up your concerns about not wanting to cause him harm if you are dealing with a very painful and intense memory!.Even joining some support groups in your area or online can be very helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
