Just a feeling depressed ?!


Question: Just a feeling depressed !?
So, I know that i should take my own advice and that would probably help me!. I just feel so alone sometimes!. I mean i love my friends and they are here for me!. They are the greatest and i love helping them with their problems and they say i help a lot!. Its just hard for me to open up and tell them how i feel sometimes!. I dont feel comfortable doing that!. I go through times when i am happy then the next minute i feel so horrible and i think about physical ways to relieve the pain i feel on the inside!. Like punching things or just digging my nails into my skin to where it hurts but it feels so good!. This kind of scares me that i think and feel this way!. I have been feeling like this for years now!. My mom just thinks that i am stupid and that i can just snap right out of it!. My dad does too!.!.!.He thinks its stupid to feel this way!.!.!.I love being happy but then i just snap and get mad break things and fight with my brother physically or get sad and lay in bed all day sleeping or crying!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

WOW ! That's tough and that is exactly what I went trough when I was a teenager!. Let me tell you this, you cannot go on like this without getting help!. My parents too thought I could snap out of it but I didn't!. I got Therapy (which I am still in) and that helped me sort out a lot of things!. Seems that you may have Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome or you might be Bypolar!. There is nothing wrong with that and there is so much help out there for you!. If you don't want to get your parents involved go to the school councelor!. Something probably happened to you when you were a child that you are still having trouble dealing wtih!. That is what happened to me!. Talking about your problems also helps, such as this -theraputic- I went through all this and still struggle with feelings of anger and abandonment, So if you need to e-mail me you can!. i'm so sorry to hear that!.it's ok to feel lonely!.i could relate because i did felt this way before!.opening up to friends is not easy!.you just need to find the right person to talk bout it!.if you are not comfortable with it maybe just try it little by little!?you don't have to tell everything in one go!.hurting yourself is not a very healthy way!.try to recall,is there anything that happened that makes you feel this way!?or maybe you could pick up some activities like maybe playing instrument or yoga class!?=) never think that it's stupid because it's not!.if you want to cry then just cry!.there's nothing wrong with that!.you'll need some time on this but you'll be fine in time=) hope i help a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
