It forces you to realize the nature of our own mortality and vulnerability!. Seeing an ambulance is a vivid illustration of the fact that tragedy occurs around us, and that ultimately - in a sense we all must face our mortality at some point or another!. Such an experience is not abnormal necessarily, but a reaction to the nature of this reality!. Perhaps reading up on life and the meaning of life would be beneficial - likewise therapy, meditation and if necessary antidepressents or tranquilizers can help ease the physical tension associated with the situation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You have realized that the ambulance and police car are going to help someone maybe!? You might have felt so bad about the fact that such bad things are going on and the ambulance triggered something in your brain telling you someone may be hurt or someone may have died!. So whenever you hear that noise you say to yourself oh no something bad is happening :( have hope for people and think to yourself evertime an ambulance goes by with the sirens on the person will be okay!. Thats why they are there :) To help who they can in need!. You should be glad the ambulance is going to help em just try to think that way!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
