Question: Sleep talking, help!!!!!!!?

I am going on a 12 day trip to Georgia, and anytime i go away from home i majorly sleep talk!. It is really embarrassing and sometimes i say things that i dont want ppl to hear!. my ex friend is going and i know she will spread rumors about me, but thats another story!. What are some things i can do/take that will reduce or stop sleep talking!?!?!?!? thank you!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find a good sleep disorder center near you!. Also know that this is not unusual!. If possible, try to sleep in a different room than your ex-friend!. Talk to your Dr!. about a low-dose sleep med, as this may help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
