Sudden mental confusion during stressful situations??!

Question: Sudden mental confusion during stressful situations!?!?
i'm 18 and i've been getting episodes of sudden mental confusion that usually lasts for a minute or two but is a frightening and twisted experience every time!. When i'm really stressed out or too focused on something, it's like my brain shuts off and i don't know where i am or what's going on for a whole minute or longer!. i never had any trauma to my head or body or any diseases!. i'm very emotional though and easily stressed out most of my life, so is this a direct result of stress and should i be concerned!? this happens once or twice a month but does not go away for a couple years now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
