Question: My god I feel trapped in this job, pays good but environment is getting annoying and uncomfortable!!?
I just had a verbal fight with a coworker, it happened last week and it got worst today, the same with others because I'm the kind that keeps feelings and thoughs inside, I also don't let anyone disrespect me so I guess that's all the pandemonium!.!.!.

Nothing is ever good when people hold a grudge!.!. try your best to be friendly and kind to people around you for the next few days, and try to talk it out with your coworker - it doesn't have to be direct, just simple nice gestures!. Trust me, this is the fastest way to feel calmer with other people - especially after a tough argument!. If your coworker continuously bothers you and tries to start up arguments with you, just ignore them completely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're having problems with everybody, then perhaps you're the problem!.

You say," I also don't let anyone disrespect me"!.

That sounds to me like you're a fight just waiting to happen!. Perhaps you are over-reacting to normal banter around the office!. Perhaps you need to develop a thicker skin!.

If you get known as someone who's always ready for a fight, you're not going to make many friends!.

And changing jobs won't help if you're the problem, because you'll do the same thing in the next job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just quit your job if you can afford!. Ha ha!. Exchange it for worse conditions; perhaps you are a perfectionist!.
Besides, many cannot appreciate that you are ALWAYS cross-posting your questions with an average of 4, but we remain polite, don't we!? You got a mail about this practice!. I searched and found this particular question 5 times: it is in Etiquette; Mental Health; Sociology; Philosophy; General - Society & Culture!
And moreover, this one here isn't even a question, like "Michala S" points out, it is more "churning (out)"!
We still like you Tamara, don't panic, but a change of attitude can work miracles, also here in Yahoo! Answers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep your head down and start looking for another job!.

Either that, or you could try taking a course in conflict resolution!. Often times, we need to look at ourselves as the source of the problem, not other people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
