Question: Is there help for constantly over sleeping!.!?
My boyfriend constantly oversleeps and loses his job!. He will dream that he called in or will do other things in his sleep like turn the alarm off and reset it!. He is very very mean when someone tries to wake him up and will yell but doesn't remember he did it later on!. His dreams are apparently so real that he thinks he is awake!. What could be wrong!? Is there any help for this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
How much does he drink before going to bed!? How late does he stay up!?

Not being able to wake up could be about sleep deprivation, alcohol overuse, or effects of another medication he might be taking!.

He needs to seriously organize his life and get on a schedule!. In bed by10:00, up by 6:00, every single day, even weekends!. See if he can get his internal clock back on track!. Along with this he needs to eat at specific times and exercise (preferable early in the day)!.

No one should have to wake a grown man and fight with him to get him to work!.

If he is unable to fix this you need to start looking around for a bf who is interested in keeping a job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have the same problem
i have learnt how to turn my alarm off in my sleep also and ive been told by my mum that i have yelled at her
i would recommend that he goes to bed at a decent time and ensures he isnt tense before going to bed and also gradually reducing the hours he sleeps a night so he can get back into a routine of regular amount of sleep
also, this could be linked to another problem such as depression so you might want to check it out
good luck xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Is he going to bed early enough to get 8-10hrs of sleep!?
If he is and this is still happening then get him to see a doctor for a sleep study!. He may have something like sleep apnea that is interfering with the quality of sleep he gets and therefore interrupts his sleep health and prevents his ability to wake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Move the alarm clock to the other side of the room so he has to get out of bed to turn it off!.

Set several alarm clocks to go off in 5 minute intervals and place them randomly around the house!.

Go to bed earlier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Say him to take exercises Regularly, hope he will become active and also say him to eat some Dry-Dates, mean dry-fruits!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
