I don't know why I'm so depressed these days?!


Question: I don't know why I'm so depressed these days!?
I've been under a lot of stress, I haven't been eating often, and I just generally feel extremely upset!.

Do you have any tips or advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am bi-polar, so I have an understanding to some degree about depression!.

A coupla tips!.!.!.!.!.

1) Stay busy and stay social!. Make yourself be if you must!. It is difficult at first, but it staves off depression!.

2) Excercise!. It releases dopamine into your system, which will make you feel better!.

3) You get out what you put in!. Not gonna lecture you on your music (since I listen to a lot of the same), but Doom and Black are, well!.!.!.!.negative and depressing by nature!.

Try listening to something a little!.!.!.!.happier (not pop-crap!.!.!.!.just not ultra-death-negative!.) Watch some comedies!. Fill your head with HAPPY stuff!.

I know its easier said than done!.!.!.because when you are down (at least for me) you usually seeem to crave darker more depressing, aggressive stuff!.

It doesn't help!. If it persists!.!.!.seek help!. Avoid Medication unless you are proven CLINICALLY depressed!.!.!.!.because it can often cause a cycle where you become dependant on pills for happiness!. And the Docs today want to medicate everyone!.!.!.yet we have more problems than ever!. Coincidence!?

1!. do some physical activity or exercise!.
i like to dance by myself to 80s music!.
makes me feel better

2!. laughing!.
watch comedy movies or tv

3!.think positive thoughts!.
i think about happy things from the past!.
i dwell on the happiest and keep that feeling!.
imagine past happy events!. you automatically feel better!.

all three of these change the brain chemistry
and you get to stay in a progressively more positive state!.
and are proven natural treatments for depression

people that say that they can't become positive
evidently don't know how or think that being negative somehow makes them sensitive people because they just feel the pain of the world!.
go ahead and suffer and see what good it does you!.//

Depression is what your body feels when you have had bad expectations for love and life!. Try to be more real and the chemicals will disappear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont let the stress get to you, EAT! and do things that wont make you upset!.
