here is some info on reflexlogy!.!.!.

How does reflexology work!?
Sensitive, trained hands can detect tiny deposits and imbalances in the feet, and by working on these points the reflexologist can release blockages and restore the free flow of energy to the body!.

What to expect at your first visit!.
A typical treatment will last for approximately one hour, but the course of treatment will vary based on the body's needs!. After a brief consultation, your therapist will begin to work on your feet and/or hands, depending on the problem areas!. Although you may feel some discomfort, the general sensation is pleasant and soothing!.
