Question: Why do i feel soo depressed in the hot weather!?
I dred the summer, it happens all the time, as soon as i get too hot, i become depressed!. Anyone know any solutions !?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have low blood pressure!. The heat literally lowers your energy, and in a way your "will to live"!. It means you can't do anything = you don't FEEL like doing anything!.
Liquorice helps, but you should ask your doc to measure your blood pressure and give you some tips on what to take to kick it up!.

Probably feeling hot makes you feel lethargic and without energy!. That's normal!.
