Question: Help! im going to lose my mind!!?
recently my uncle just died, and when i thought things could not get any worse it did! 1st!. my grandma constantly heckels me about god when she is wrong her self!. 2nd!. my cousins broke into my apartment!. 3rd!. i never get any sleep and stay up from 10:00-6:00AM! im not in school but when i used to go i had to fight all the time! 4th: i live in horrible apartments with shooting and gang violence!. i feel like im either going to go insane and kill or BLOW UP THE WHOLE GOD DAMN APARTMENTS! i am also battling personal demons, and have faced humiliation more than once!. i just hate everything! the only thing keepin me going is my computer and video games lol! and also my blood pressure is unusal for a 15 year old! can someone help before its too LATE!Www@Answer-Health@Com

here's what i would do!. calm down, take a few days off to just chill and relax, don't hurt anything or anyone, and then it will all start to get better!. Believe me when I say, I've been there more times then one!. Put the video games away for a while and leave the TV off!.

You need to spend more time interacting with real people!.

When Grandma calls and starts talking religion, tell her to stop!. If she doesn't, hang up!. she'll get the message after a while!.

Call the cops on your cousins!. If they get away with it onbce, they'll try again!.

Go back to school!. You're cannon fodder if you don't have an education!. Think of school as a way out of the horrible apartments!.

Stop drinking pop - it has caffeine, and it's keeping you up!. Go to bed at 10:00 p!.m!. and stay there until you're asleep!. Read a book to relax you so you can fall asleep!. It'll take a few weeks to re-train yourself to sleep nights, but keep at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
