How should i deal with stress, anger and depression?!


Question: How should i deal with stress, anger and depression!?
im going nuts while coping very badly with all of the above and everything seems to be falling apart
any ideas how i can cope!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmm i would try some very stress relieving activities that you enjoy!. Yoga, running, watching movies, reading, idk!.!.!.Anything that you enjoy doing that does makes you feel relaxed!. As far as your anger and depression i would reccommend that you go talk to you a doctor or a therapist!. They can help you with this and maybe give you some medicine that you would work best for you!. Trust me this was worth it to me!. It has made me feel so much better!. Everyone has those times when we think that everything is falling apart but it does eventually get better i can promise that much i just cant not say when and how!.!.!.!.Go talk to a doctor and/or a therapist though as the first step to coping and feeling better!. this is what really helps me is taking a long walk this is proven to relieve stress it can take your mind off whats bothering you believe me i know how you feel!.!.good luck if that does not work Id call the doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would go talk to someone!. If it is affecting your ability to deal with your daily life then it is certainly a problem warranting expert assistance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
