Why am I so stressed out all the time?!


Question: Why am I so stressed out all the time!?
I can have everything going for me but I'll always be stressing about something!. Right now I'm on the edge of anxiety attack but I'm not even quite sure what I'm worried about but I know its something!. Is there anything I can do short of medication!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm the same way!. You have to find little things that get you through the day, and get you to accomplish what needs to be done!. Here's a list of methods that I use:
1!.Meditation
2!.Taking a deep breath
3!.Making a list of everything that you need to get done, in order from most important to least
4!.Reading a book
5!.Be positive! Give yourself a pep talk, and go ahead and compliment yourself while you're at it
6!.Listen to music
7!.Write, draw, do something creative that allows you to express yourself!.
8!.Take a warm, bubble bath!
9!.Take a nap

it sounds like you have an anxiety disorder!. im not really sure what you can do besides meds because it is a chemical imbalance thing!. um, maybe, try taking short quiet walks, eating foods that are good for you, dont keep things bottled up, keep a journal, pray, trust God for all your worries, try herbal things!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

wow, I feel this way alot!.!.!. things are great, and I find something to worry about, usually something completly ridicoulous too!! I've been trying latly, to just tell myself if my best friend was having this problem what would I tell her to do, and the answer is usually " wow thats nothing to even worry about"!.!.!. its helped me out alotWww@Answer-Health@Com

Meditation helps a lot when you have an overly anxious mental state!. It allows you to quiet your mind and pay attention to what's going on inside you!.
