Question: I'm feeling very depressed and really angry!. What should I do!?
What should I do that will calm me!?
I'm so angry and so depressed right now!.

i have been there!.!.!.i lost my husband, my new home, my new car, my job, all my pets, my self-worth, all of my friends, one of my family members, didnt date at all, was living in a hotel and didnt know when i would get my next meal and tried to commit suicide! i was isolated!

the only thing that helped me was MYSELF!. i realized i hit rock bottom and NO one (i mean NO one) was going to lead a helping hand! i sought out help for my mental illness and disorders, got on medication (which help more than you know), found some work, saved my money got a chep car, rented an apartment!.!.!.then life didnt look so bad as bad as it once was!. then i got a better job, found the love of my life, bought a better car, made a mends with most of my family!.

the thing is is YOU want to get your life back YOU have to do it! it was one of the hardest times of my life but look at me now! i surivived!.!.!.and so can YOU!

if the depression is to the point you cant handle it!.!.!.PLEASE seek help before it get worse!

ways of calming down!.!.!.hope they help sweetie!

Gently and quietly Breathe through your nose and back out through your mouth as long as you're angry or disturbed!. If you feel light headed, slowly stop!. However, if you are very emotional and breathing too fast, use a paper lunch bag to breathe into to slow your system down!.

Shake your shoulders to release tension!.

Lay down in a safe place!. Close your eyes and Listen to slow music to take your mind off the emotional pressure!. Let all tension in your forehead, neck and hands fade away slowly!. Imagine every part of your body relaxing!. Start with your head and move to your toes!.

Take a piece of paper to write logically about what has happened and list steps of action to sort it out properly!.After you write it down, throw it away by shredding!. It's a symbol for throwing away those feelings you just want to get out!.

Take time to privately relax, meditate, or pray!. Great peace comes through purposely focusing on quieting one's being without worrying about distractions of the world!.

Squeeze a stress ball at least 50 times, if you have any, if you don't you could use a sponge instead!.

Take a walk outside alone!. Go to a store or the park or even in your backyard! A good breath of fresh air always feels good!.

Hit SOMETHING, NOT someone! Kick your sofa or punch a pillow, NEVER a person or an animal!.

Realize that you can not control what will happen today!. Know that you can control how you react to problems that will happen every day!. When you find yourself getting anxious, worried or stressed because life seems to be out of control, pause, take a few deep breaths and then tell yourself a positive affirmation like: "Life is crazy but I am calm!." Repeat this ten times and you will immediately sense calm!.

Identify the people in your life that are making you feel like the world is out of control and consider what tv shows, websites and media you view or listen to that make you feel like the world is crazy!. Surround yourself with other people that are calm!

You're depressed only because you refuse to experience the bad feelings!.
Such a denial will also make the good ones go away!.

Feeling bad intensely, a minute at a time, is healthy!. But do nothing about it!.

Accept whatever is possible to accept, which depends entirely on your own willingness to embrace reality!. All I can say is, acceptance will bring good results, and resistance only negative results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

!.!.well you should start out by, writing a book of what
your feeling!. read it to youself!.
then after that go outside and walk alittle bit, reading
the same book!. the next day, fish or look for a woman!.
then, if you didnt find one go to a restauruant and eat,
watch tv in it!. [[if they have tv's in there]]!.
then you should go back home, look in the yellow pages
and apply for a job, get interviwed for one!.
after that, once you find that job and start working,
build a savings account to save some money on the side,
rent a apartment, in mean while!. then keep putting
in atleast 20$ everyweek and in 5 months you'll have
400$ and enough to probably pay your rent every day!.
buy a car, but rent it!.
pay it off, get a impala cheverolet 2003!.
and it only costs 200$ a month!.
then listen to sum good old 80's music, while sipping
on some coke, or a drink!.






life your LIFE!.

do something about it, dont let depression get

umm idk if your into this but whenever i'm stressed i just smoke a blunt and it totally mellows me then i get kinda tired and normally take a nap or somethin chill
hm if that stuffs nto your thing maybe gettin with a group of people at a party would be get busy and distract yourself whether its something to focus on or just relax you could focus on excersizing!? going to the gym alot!? like i said surfings fun hmm or you could focus on meetin new people go to some partys have some hookups you know!?!?
or if your trying to accomplish something get a good job if you dotn already have one or do something meaninful like charity or community serivce i konw sounds kind of lame but it really does make you feel a lot better
or get a way a vacatioin!? travel!? i <3 vacations partyin with new people gettin tan chilliin out no worries ha

There was a point in my life when I felt the same way!. But you know as they say, your health is your wealth !.It stands to be very true!. As for the anger, I found running or just working out got that negative energy out of me!. Also try and find where the negative feelings are coming from and sort it out!. If you go on feeling like this you wont have your health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use this time to do some wonders which you desired from long period in your life, i sware you will see another person in you, i am the practical example!. But its depends on your strongness of your frustration/depression!. Its very very small change the way you are thinking!. Start imagine you will start feeling this!. Take any successful personality!.!. this is the start!.!. belief me

Dig a hole or exercise really hard, get tired, and take a nap!. It always seems different after you sleep!. Oh, and the thing that always helps me when I'm really low is to do something for someone else!. Yardwork, housework, homework help, visit a lonely person!.!.!.!.It works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off nothing is truely lost unless u have accepted defeat!. And if u have there are alturnitives to make u feel better!.!. such as!.!.!.!.
GO HOME GET STONED WE CAN END UP MAKING LOVE INSTEAD OF MISERY GO HOME, GET STONED CAUSE THE SEX IS SO MUCH BETTER WHEN UR MAD AT ME!

Take a nice relaxing bath!.
try to think of the positives, talk it out, maybe a close friend or relative, if not start a journal, and try to get to the root of your problem!. I wish you luck=) you will be okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
