Absolutely can!. Every day I say a prayer and every day it gets answered!. Sometimes I don't realize that my prayer was answered because I expected something else, but when I think about it, that is when I realize my prayer was answered!. Sometimes it is a very simple request and sometimes it's complicated, but I trust in the lord completely!. It sure does make life a lot easier and far less painful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't think it's GOD that's helping to actually solve problems, and the reason I say that is becuase I'm not a religious person!. BUT I do not think that religion is stupid!. I don't personally invest in all that, but for some people it just works to help them keep a positive attitude, and it's that attitude that's helping them with problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If God created the heavens and the earth, the universe and everything in it!. If he created the mountains, the sun, the milky way, and atoms, I think he can help with day to day problems!. That always helps me put it in perspective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes he can!. You have to believe that his son, Jesus has died for your sins, and that you can have a much better life in him!.

If you want a purely scientific answer, spirituality has been proven to release feel good chemicals in the brain like dopamine and serotonin, that is why Karl Marx (i think it was him) coined the phrase religion is the opiate of the masses!.
