Having a Breakdown?!


Question: Having a Breakdown!?
Sometimes I just can't take it!. It's like everything goes wrong at once and I have nobody on my side!.
I don't know how to vent my frustration so I keep it bottled up and then I feel like i'm going to loose it!.

Does anyone have advice on how to help!. I could really use it right now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's called Life!. We all go through it!. You are not alone!. We all have to deal with the overwhelm thing!.

I called a help line once and the counselor said that you do not always have to participate in what you are feeling!. He said imagine that you are watching a fast moving river and that some logs get jammed up in it!. He said do not remain in the river with the logs all jammed up around you!. All that will do is upset you further!. You become part of the tangle yourself!.

He said, quietly recognize that you are dealing with a kind of logjam, and step out of the congested river and come over here and sit down on the riverbank with the rest of us and watch the river sort itself out all by itself!. You do not have to participate in everything that you might be feeling!.

What a great thought that really is, because it gives you the power of choice when things get overwhelming, you can give yourself permission to say I do not care to claim this and I am going to step off to one side where it is more quiet and calm and get my bearings again so I can hear myself think!.

I liked what the counselor told me because it put me back in control of myself!. That is what always makes us feel frustrated and anxious: we feel we have lost control of the situation!. The quickest way to reclaim personal calmness and authority is to get control of things again!. The best way to reclaim control is to become totally calm inside first!. Then you are in a position to also calm the turmoil as well!. Getting back control over things will instantly make you feel better about who you are, and that stronger person within you will be able to make further changes and adjustments so very soon things will back on track and you will be able to stop feeling like you're on the receiving end of everything which is happening around you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first!.!. try to relax alittle!. take some you time, excersise, take a long bath!. secondly, learn to vent you frustrations!. if you don't feel comfortable talking to someone about them then keep a journal!. thirdly, find a way to gain peace!.!. either through religious beliefs or just learning to relaxe and not take things too seriously!. when it rains it doesn't necessarily mean it has to pour!.!.!. maybe everybdy just needed some water!. it's all about perspective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I felt like that yesterday!. And for the first time I think i actually handled it well!. I called up a friend, and got out of the house and just talked and worked with what was bothering me!.
The best advice is really to talk to someone!. For me, it often seems hard to actually call up someone or start the conversation when I am like that, but it helps more than anything else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should really speak with a professional!. That is the best advice I can give to you at this time, okay!. It can only help you!. It is never a good thing to bottle things up!. You will feel sooooo much better just talking with someone who will listen to you and not judge you in any way!. sometimes we all feel that way!. myself included!. im on ur side, even tho i dont know u!. vent ur frustations by, get off somewhere by ur self, and beat a pillow, untill ur tired!. if u feel like crying, go ahead, it ok to cry!. but dont bottle it up!. if u do u will get sick at ur stomach!. talk to a friend or a minister u trust that understand ur feelings!. this will relley help when u talk about it!. and then talk to god, he will help u most!. ill pray for u!. i hope this helps!. god blessWww@Answer-Health@Com

yeah i feel that way alot!.!.!.!.u only have it sometimes (theres something to cheer u up!.!.!.u got it better then most people) lol!.!.!.its hard for me to let out frustration bc i know that usualy means i ought to tell someone i got a problem!.!.!.right!? but thats just me!.!.!. if u just let it build up, it will eventualy explode and then ull regret saying some things!.!.!.tell a good friend!.!.someone whos not on ur sideWww@Answer-Health@Com

It would help to write a journal of how you feel!. That really helped me with issues that I once had, especially if you feel like you cant tell anyoneWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have this all the time!. The best way ti get through this is by talking to friends and people you love because its makes you feel releaved from the stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
