Anxiety disorder - mornings?!


Question: Anxiety disorder - mornings!?
I have social anxiety disorder for about 3 years now!. I'm insomniac, I go to bed around 3 am and wake up in the noon!. My main problem right now, I have to get a job but in the mornings I feel AWFUL because of my SAD!. Even when I'm at home (at my safe place)

i suffer from the same thing!.!.!.oh, lord!. i know exactly how you feel!. you need to get on some anti-depressants!. go see a psychologist or just get some prescribed to you by your family doctor!. try Lexapro!.!.!.hardly any side effects and helped me out a great deal!. i would have panic attacks whenever i couldn't go to sleep (due to anxiety) and it would keep me up longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, SAD generally stands for Seasonal Affective Disorder, not social anxiety disorder, fyi!. I don't think anyone who gets 9 hours of sleep at night can be considered to have insomnia!. Force yourself to get up at a reasonable time of the morning, and after a few days, you should be able to easily get to sleep before 3 am!. If your anxiety problem is primarily in the 'morning' it could be blood sugar, talk to your doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
