No one undstands?!


Question: No one undstands!?
What should i do !? i have been feelin low for good few months but my gp doesnt quite understand mental illnesses i dont think and i feel as if i am hittin a brick wall

You should seek medical help!. It could be a hormonal disorder!. Whatever it is only a doctor can really help you!. Depression can be a very dangerous disease, if you lose your love for life!.

Please hang on!. I understand where you are, I've been there!. Ask a doctor --it's a disease, a condition!. Those who don't get it are just uninformed!.

Physical environment is a major issue as is Mental environment!.

I think maybe you should consult someone on a professional level to help you determine first what is contributing to your mental state!.

There a re 3 things that could be happening together or independently!.

1!. It could be external
2!. It could be internal
3!. It could be a combination

a!. The key obviously if it's External is to remove yourself, or whatever it is bothering you from your life!.

b!. If it's internal, you must seek professional help, or if you know what the contributing factors are, address them!. Many people brings things on themselves that affect their mentality!. Making better decisions in life ease these burdens further down the road!.

c!. If it's a combination!.!.!.!.!.many times you can remove the external, and the internal ceases to exist!. Something external can raise hell with your mentality!.
If you remove the external problem and are still left with an internal issue, then you need to seek counseling!. From there a professional will assist you with either temporary, or permanent medication!.

I wish you well!. It's a very generic question you asked and there just isn't enough time to cover parts of my life and personal discoveries I have made that helped me!.

In the last year I have changed my diet, I workout regularly, and I socialize more with people!. I live in a place that brings me sunlight everyday as opposed to the dark, mold infested apartment I used to live in!. People don't realize the MAJOR effects that little things in their environment contribute to their demise!. I can't tell you how much different it was to wake up with the sun shining on my face every morning!.!.!.!.!.!.

Environment is 90% of everything!.!.!.!.!.!.

Ask at your surgery if you can see a different GP, one that has an interest in depression and/or mental illness!. My mum was advised to ask for a different GP regarding her glucose intolerance and it worked a treat!. Our GP is great for mental illness/depression, but try going to him for something less interesting like asthma or tonsillitis and he's not interested!. They all have their interests and specialities!. If there are no other GPs at your surgery, ask your GP to refer you to someone for an assessment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think anyone understands unless they have felt that way!. I have felt that way before and my mom just said "oh, you are just being silly, and you, your a drama queen!." and I was feeling at one point like I wanted to just scream and break things!. No, one understood till I found someone who felt like that too!. And now I am better!. I still get like that every here and there though!. I would tell your gp that you need to see a therapist and that it is serious!. Hopefully they will listen at some point!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

for as long as i can remember i have suffered from extreme depression!. it takes everything i have to make it through a day!. find someone neutral to talk to!. someone that has no vested connection to you!. we all carry alot of baggage with us!. get rid of it so it doesn't run your life!. you don't want to end up an adult with depression!. good luck to you and i'm thinking of you!. i'll think of hope to you and that you'll find the one person to guide youWww@Answer-Health@Com

try to get into a therapist of course!.!.!. from personal experience, meditation and massage ( if you don't have touch issues ) are very helpful!. both cause you to check in with your self so that you might be able to see where your depression is based!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try some natural solutions such as getting sunlight, eating balanced meals and exercising!. Also helping others with their problems often helps you feel better about your life!.

If none of this works, find a psychiatrist who will help you by giving you pills like Prosac or Paxil or help you sort out your problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Throw your arms way up in the air and say/pray/scream, "Jesus I surrender my life to you - whatever it takes for me to know truth and peace in my life do it God!" and then read the book of John from the Holy Bible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If its been for a few months then you might have depression, which tends to last for about 4 months!. you should tell your gp that you need help and you can't get it by yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a different doctor, or go to a mental health professional!.

Exercise and activity really help with depression!. Take up walking 30-60 minutes every day!. And take some vitamin B12!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ask for a referal to a mental health professiona!. Thats why there are specialists! If your gp wont give you one then you absolutely need to find another gp!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
