Question: Hooked on yahoo answers!?
I haven't showered or left the house in three days!. I am constantly by the computer seeing if I will get a best answer!. I haven't eaten, but have gone through 4 bottles of jose cuervo!. I think I might get fired!. I just can't seem to pull myself away I want to be a level 3 so bad!. Is this a sign of a problem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, if you have skipped 3-6 days without contact or basic self care then it is a temporary obsession!. Once you hit the 7 day mark it starts to be labeled as a clinical problem!. Good luck!. Try wet wipes and get away from the computer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Anytime something like a computer etc; starts to interfere with your personal hygiene, work or mental health it's a problem!.I think it would be a good idea for you to set some realistic limits!. Tell yourself that you're allowed to go on y/a no more then two or three times a day for a few minutes at a time!. No more then fifteen minutes per sitting sounds reasonable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I hear you buddy!. I'm refreshing the page constantly- Yahoo Answers is damned addicting!. My Girlfriend is currently naked three feet away from me, and I'm typing this!. Go figure!.
