Somethings wrong with my emotions?!


Question: Somethings wrong with my emotions!?
ok, so today, i was sitting in lunch, and for no reason at all, i started shouting and getting really angry, and i felt really angry, but when i was yelling at everyone to stop poking me, i still couldn't bring myself to be serious!. then, during science i felt weird (the only way i could describe it would be like i felt mentally sick (which is i felt sick, but not physically))!. i was really angry almost the entire class, but when my friends would make a joke, i would be happy as i laughed!. then i would go back to being extremly angry at NOTHING and feel mentally sick!. it all happened n under five seconds, too!. then, just now, i almost started crying because my parents wouldn't take me to get a book, and nothing like that has really happened before (and DON'T ANYONE DARE call me a crybaby because of that)!. is someting wrong with me!? any advice to better control my emotions (cause i feel like i have none)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Meditation technique

Most of our problems stem from the mind!.
Situations are what they are, but our mind puts a whole new spin on it, often for the worse!.
This leads to a lot of the pain we feel, and being consumed by the pain we act from it, hurting those we care about!.
This is true for all people in all positions of life,except babies!.

So rather than be controlled by the mind, we should learn to control it!.
It is hard to directly do so rather we can control its most obvious manifestation, the breath!.
You'll note that when you are very concentrated you won't breath as much, or when angry shallow and rapidly!.
How to control the breath!.
Inhale and as you do pay attention to the column of air entering your right nostril(air enters both sides, but focus on the right side for now)!.
Exhale and feel the column exit on the left side(air exits both sides, but pay attention to the left)!.
Inhale through the left nostril, exhale through the right(same as previous steps)!.
Inhale and feel the air in both nostrils rise to the top of your nose like an inverted 'V', then force it all out in one breath!.
This counts as one cycle!.
You can go up to 100 in a day, and make a game of this!.
If you lose track of the count restart!.
As you get better you'll notice your breathing slowing down!.
Once you slow down enough, the mind slows down, to the point you can feel a space between thoughts!.
As you advance further you'll learn to identify yourself with that peace, not your painful past nor the vices you had!.

hey! i get like that too all the time and im 21, this has been happening to me for years and i still dont know how to control it, i scare myself sometimes and i dont know what causes it, your best bet is to talk to your doctor, which i still need to do!. but best of luck to you hope you can find out whats wrongWww@Answer-Health@Com

I personally think it's hormones (i'm 14 so i have a longgg way to go)

just tell people that you have really bad mood swings and apologise in advance for being angry, thats what i do!.

you remind me so much of me! i would get pissed at my friends for any small move, then when they say something funny i crack up then i get depressed! and!.!.(OMG!!! IM SO SORRY I SHOULD BE TELLING YOU HOW YOU CAN GET BETTER! im sorry usually nobody cares about me or my problems soo no one to talk to about it) anyway, its probably period coming up!. it can change your mood very much, like one minute your crying and the next your breaking a car window! :) try talking to your mom about it! she would know! whenever your friends bother you then just ask them to please stop and you dont feel well, if they continue move to another table!.!.!.listen to music, read or whatever else you love to do to get your mind in a better mood!
