Well one thing you could do is not think about the exam for a while!. Go to a movie and get it out of your mind!. It sounds like you are more anxious than anything else!. Another thing you could do is find a counselor to talk to!. They are helpful and are objective!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are fine !.just calm yourself and be relax and take deep breath !.you will pass this exam good !. talk to your mom or your BF !.it will be useful tooWww@Answer-Health@Com

Take your exam, afterwards, you will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

remember!. i think ur hot! this will all passWww@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you're well beyond this point but IF you can, just try to step back, forget about the exam for a minute and focus on your breathing, try to FORCE any stressful thoughts out of your system and focus on slowing your breathing, deep slow breaths in and out will slow your heart rate down and reduce stress!.

But if you're far too stressed for that and if no pills are working I guess aside from trying something stronger which Not a good idea given that your exam is tomorrow!.!.

All I can suggest is HANG IN THERE!! Try to stay strong and keep fighting, try to sleep if possible!.!.!.

Just keep reminding yourself: You've revised well, the exam will go fine, you'll be OK and you'll do well and there's nothing to worry about!!

Just think of the relief you'll feel after the exam has finished!.

good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

alright you are having panic/anxiety attacks, probally panic cause when you have panic attacks you feel like you are not in control of your self and you feel like you are losing your mind, it is the worst feeling in the world, anxiety attacks make you feel like you are going to die, you feel like you can't swallow, you think your arm or tonguewill go numb, they can last for a minute up to an hour!. there is nothing you can do but there are ways to eliminate them, first of all go to the doc's and have them put you on an anti-anxiety medication like xanax, or clonipian!. so if you start having those feelings you can take one of those and in 20 minutes the feeling will go away for good and you will not have the attack, or if you don't want to go with meds then you can always buy some gum or a lollypop, i have found that if I have something in my mouth that my attacks don't last as long or I can even control them better cause you feel like you can't swallow or your heart starts pounding out of your chest and the sucking sensation(i know it sounds perverted) but it is true will help you with the panic and or anxiety!. Or if anything find someone who will inderstand them and have them help you with them talk to you and rub your back, i will sometimes take a cold shower or bath!. This will help me try to forget the panic!. But they can be scary and you feel like you have no control over yourself what so ever, but if you get in to see someone as soon as possible you can fix them!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
