How do you forget very painful recurring memories?!

Question: How do you forget very painful recurring memories!?
I feel like I live everyday fearing for the worse!. I can never seem to enjoy one beautiful sunny day with the memories that I have!. I love to spend time with my husband and daughter, but every time I see or hear something that reminds me, I cry and it totally ruins my day!.
I've been hurt when it comes to my marriage!. Don't get me wrong, my husband and I can be totally happy, but I guess some people see it and like to take it away!.
We're fine now, but the pain is coming back and I have some "episodes" where I totally freak out and question my husband on what he is doing and if he is "behaving"!. I love my husband dearly and i'm not ready to let him go!. Plus, I don't like the fact of a "broken home" for our daughter!.
I've read many articles, tried stress relievers, taken many walks but I can't seem to forget!. The only thing I can think of now is moving to another city and leaving the past behind, but i'm afraid something will happen in my new home and I will be stuck there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
