Answers:
Yes! A Panic attack will do this to you! I used to suffer from panic and had so much trouble sleeping!.!. I would just wake up with my heart racing my body felt funny!.!.!. over all it feels like your going to die!! You should probably see a doctor if you haven't already!. They can prescribe you something to help you cope with panic and hopefully learn how to control it!.!.

No it is not normal, you might be suffering from Agoraphobia!. Go to psychiatrist, she will prescribe you some meds!. This condition is completely controllable and treatable!.

As for feelings of separating from your body, you are experiencing the beginnings of Out of Body Experiences (OBE's) which can be really cool!. If you are interested, do some research online for Out of Body experiences!. You can learn to control them and enjoy them!. It is really scary at first to let go of your spirit leaving your body, but once you learn about it and learn to not freak out, you will have a blast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is very common for people that are prone to panic attacks!. They generally get them at night time when you would least expect to get them!. You can get up and try meditation!. But it won't always work!. Try to discuss this with your doctor and tell him about your bad panic attacks and ask for something to take while you experience the worse of them like Ativan or Xanax which are the best two tranquilizers!. Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was put on Lexapro and Xanax and have been on them for 6 weeks!. My panic is pretty much gone!. I had the same problems as you night and day!. Every now and then, I get anxious, but no more attacks, thank goodness!. Go to your dr!. and recommend an anti-anxiety/depressant along with Xanax or a similar benzo!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should see a doctor as soon as possible!.

This sort of this happened to me when I quit smoking for a month or so!.!.!. very scary, but once you kn ow the cause, will be ok!.

Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
