Just recently this has been getting worse, and I am becoming more depressed!. I do have suicidal thoughts; but I have only acted on them once, and it failed!. I was diagnosed with ADHD, but my parents did not put me on Methylphenidate (Usually known as Ritalin, I would be taking Concerta)!. My handwriting is very bad, and my fine motor skills are low!. I cannot keep fingers, hands, or legs still, and am very clumsy!. I sometimes see things, and hear things that are not there, most probably just illusions or dreams!. I just feel hopeless sometimes!. I do have this huge data bank f knowledge, but I have very bad memory, so I cannot access it well!. I must write notes to self, and my memory is selective!. I can easily forget things!. I get up to do something, and don't remember what I was going to do!. By no means am I at old age!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

From what you're describing about yourself, I suspect you're developing bipolar disorder, which is common for those who have ADHD!. You must get professional medical help!. You and your parents cannot ignore this any longer!. Why should you have to live and try to function at such a low level of competence!? You deserve as good a life as anyone else!. Your situation is beginning to get a little more complicated than just having ADHD!. I know, my son has the same condition!. But you must get a doctor to start guiding you through this!. No one can function when they start "seeing" things that aren't really there!. Listen, you have a serious brain imbalance that needs the right medication to get you back on track!. Please take this seriously!. I don't know how old you are, but your parents have got to get their heads out of the sand and realize you need medical attention!. Your state is going way beyond simple ADHD!. I really urge you to tell a medical professional what's going on with you!. This is not for the average kid or parent to figure out on their own!. You need serious help now! I got help for my son and he's beginning to really thrive and feel a lot happier than he once did!. Tell your parents I'm speaking from experience!. There are amazing medications out there that can save you and them, a lot of grief!. We don't live in the dark ages anymore!. These medications were invented for very good reasons!. Please get help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to find something that makes you really happy and what makes you feel good!. i personally enjoy playing soccer!. it takes my mind off of everything and makes me happy!. if you dont like sports, hang out with friends and when you're feeling low, write them down!. keeping them bottled up will not help at all!. never go suicidal, its the easy way out!. everything will work out eventually!. take it easy :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sorry to hear you are feeling this way; you are obviously bright, but are dealing with some tough feelings!. I have felt similar at times, and can tell you what has helped:

-Medication!. Check with a doc, but maybe ADHD isn't the real or main problem!. It sounds like you are experiencing depression symptoms and maybe some mild psychosis!. Ask your doc about antideps, mood stabilizers, and less life-invasive antipsychotics, such as Abilify & Geodon!. You may benefit from such treatments!.

-Getting out!. Make yourself get out of bed every morning, even if it's just to brush your teeth!. Trust me, this energizes you out of some funks!.

-Exercise!. This is tricky and takes a LOT of pushing yourself, but just take a walk outside if you like!. Especially if it's nice out!. It helps you feel connected!.

-Eat even when you don't feel like it!. Or, don't eat whenever you feel like it, whichever is the problem!.

-SEE PEOPLE!. You HAVE to see people or you'll get too far into your head!. Sometimes just going into a grocery store and buying something small is enough!.

But seriously, let your parents know, however you can, what you've been experiencing!. They might be more open to the idea of letting you take something that's not essentially speed!.!.!. but if not, try what's above!.

Best of luck to you!
