How to stop worrying about other people in life?!


Question: How to stop worrying about other people in life!?
i worry a lot about simple situations, how can i stop!? and concentrate on my life!.

i understand people worry but is there any way of trying or anything that can help to stop worrying about things in life!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Worrying a lot is difficult to deal with!. If you don't have a therapist, maybe it would be good to get one!. You have to shop around for one that makes you feel supported and understood!.

It might be good to also make an appointment with a psychiatrist!. Psychiatrists can prescribe medications that help with anxiety and constant worrying!. Talking about what you're worrying about is very helpful, too!. The right person for you can make all the difference in the world!.

There's also a therapy technique called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)!. It can help with worrying by helping you change your "worrying thoughts" to more positive and soothing thoughts!. Thougths and feelings are powerfully connected to each other!.

Community mental health centers are a good place to find therapists and psychiatrists!. Also, you can ask your primary care physician to refer you to a therapist and/or psychiatrist!. Take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

We all worry a bit!. That is a natural defence!. To worry to much can be an issue and I think we all have been victom to that, like when we have stress over personal issues!.

I would say to keep busy!. Exercize more, engage in community activities!. Take a class at the local collage and learn something new!.

If those things do not take away the consant thoughts, then perhaps you could see counsler!. You may have a chemical imbalance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like me, i was diagnosed with Anxiety disorder!.!.!.look it up and see what it means and im on meds now
and its not easy to just stop i understand
itll be alright try seeing a psychiatrist and tell yourself its all in your head
