Staying Awake??!


Question: Staying Awake!?!?
I have so much work to do but keep falling asleep!.!.!.
probs because I only had 3 1/2 hours sleep last night
anyway!.!.!.
I can't go to bed yet iv got soooo much work to do and it needs to be done this weekend
Its art work to!.!.!.so its not as if I have to think a lot

Iv drank loads of red bull but still sleepy how can I wake my self up!?!?!?!?
I havnt ate since breakfast yesterday but have a meal cooking now !.!.!.!. will that help!?!?

I have some caffine pills but they scare me, last time I started to breath funny and shake and my heartbeat was super fast and scary lol

STAY AWAY FROM CAFFEINE PILLS!

Keep in mind you can OD on caffeine rather easily!. I had a friend that took a couple and drank a few coffees then ended up in the ER!. It sounds like you weren't that far away!. Plus after the caffeine leaves your system you go through a crash and then you get even more tired than if you hadn't messed with it (general rule when using stimulants)!.

You need to be eating small meals every few hours to keep your metabolism up!. Apples are a great Natural way to stay awake plus it's seems unlikely that you would overdose on them!.

If that doesn't work many doctors prescribe adderal for people with ADD!. With enough adderal it would be easy for you to not need to sleep at all for several days, but keep in mind if you go without sleep for too long you will start to slip into a temporary psychosis!. I've been there it isn't much fun!.

If you decide to use adderal or ritalin please be very careful!. They are addictive so don't take them often or for very long!. DON'T TAKE MORE THAN 60mg OF ADDERAL IN 24 HOUR PERIOD!. You don't need more than that to do homework!. If you sit around and start eating them like candy because they're really awesome, you'll overdose!. The ones that are "XR" last 12 hours and come in capsules!. The ones that are pressed into pill shape only last about 5!.

Stop with the caffeine and take a breather!. Literally!. Lie down on your bed, breathe deeply, and just REST!. It will help recharge you and make you more effective later on!.
