Why is it when I listen to heavy METAL or ALternative I feel relieved?!
Question: Why is it when I listen to heavy METAL or ALternative I feel relieved!?
when I listen to some heavy metal!.!.!.more rough music like tool I feel relieved and elevated!. I feel for some reason more relaxed and sort of !.!.!.!.relieved is the only way to describe it!? does anyone else experience this!?

However,when I'm in a quiet mood it will make me aggressive!
I LOVE the surge of RAW energy that comes out of the speakers and I can't seem to get the sound loud enough!
I have trashed more than 1 set of good speakers for sure!
The energizing that I get is almost euphoric at times!. I could zap someone if they touched me!.!.!.!. ha!. Best drug ever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's what I love about music!. It can be a powerful thing!. It certainly can make you feel better - to me, it's almost a form a therapy!. I do the same thing!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
