Do you ever cry for no reason?!

Question: Do you ever cry for no reason!?
I've been doing that lately!. I don't know why, but I just want to cry!. I like it!. I don't want anyone to know I cry either!. I guess it's just things that are going on, things that have happened or have yet to happen, things I just think about, or the fact that it's just a quiet moment!. It's like it all just catches up with me!. It makes me feel better to cry afterwards, but sometimes I still feel sad or scared for no reason!. I'll listen to sad music and make myself cry!. Do you ever do that!? Or am I going crazy now!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I cry a lot, and sometimes I trouble figuring out why!. With those times, when I think about, i can trace it back to little things that have piled together over time!. Or I'm just getting so stressed out, that I cry because I start feeling terrible and don't know how to deal with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good morning Vanessa,

I do the same thing and I'm a guy!. Your not going crazy!. Your suffering from Anxiety!. Stop attracting sadness into your life; listinging to Sad music!. Try finding things you enjoy!.

I have found that when I find things I enjoy I am greatful for what I have and I don't feel this way very often!. I have also taken Kava Kava for Anxiety and it has helped a lot!.

Talk with a Doctor about this; if you continue to let it go and not do anything about it, it will get worse and turn into depression!. You don't want or need that!.

I have also used SAMe which helps alot; but it's somewhat expensive and it is a little hard on the stumuck!.

If this doesn't help ask your Doctor to have your Thyroid Tested; I have Hypothyroidism and have my Thyroid tested/monitored by a Specialist!. Want to learn more about the symtoms; check out www!.parathyroid!.com and look up symtoms!. The are the same symtoms as your thyroid gland even though the parathyroid and thyroid are not the same!.

Have a great weekend!. Hang in there things will get better!.

Sincerely signed,
BusterWww@Answer-Health@Com

I know what you mean and I do the same sometimes!. But I don't think it's good for us to get into the habit of enjoying that depressive feeling, because if you continue on like this you really will become depressed!. I really do understand what you mean because what you wrote is exactly what I'm thinking!. Talk to a counsellor!. I've only been once so far, but they'll help you to feel happier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I was younger I would cry for no reason, then I started cutting and did not have the need to cry!. It was easier to hide than red swollen eyes!. I am NOT telling you to cut!. After therapy sessions I eventually discovered it is okay and healthy to cry!. It took me awhile to learn to do so but i did!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say that there's no problem with that!. Crying is a natural, normal, healthy release!. To answer your question, yes, I sometimes just cry for no reason, usually when I'm severly physically depleted in some way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
