First of all, realize that it could always be worse!. I'm sure you have a lot of things to be thankful for!. You might find this silly, but it is what I do when I get upset!.!.!.

First, close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath
Breathe in all your favorite things (like favorite childhood memories)
Exhale all the bad things (whatever is bothering you)
Picture this stuff leaving your body (it really helps)
Do this several times
Slowly open your eyes with a happy thought

Now, go eat some chocolate and watch something silly!. I promise the breathing really helps though!. Also, tomorrow I would go shopping!.!.!. nothing better than retail therapy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone feels that way sometimes!. Maybe it will HELP to cry it out a little!. Then later when you're feeling better get a piece of paper and write down things you're thankful for!. Keep up with that list!. Every time you think of something else to add to the list, write it down!. Later when you're feeling down you can look at that list to make yourself feel better!.

Watch a funny movie, get some exercise, take a bubble bath, bake some chocolate chip cookies :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like to spend lots of money on unnecessary things!. Things I've purchased over the years to make myself feel better: Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man DVD, 6 guitars, 2 katanas, a guinea pig, a cowboy hat, a three-piece suit, and the list goes on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

smile!. it releases happy feel good chemicals in your brain!. so you are basically tricking your brain into thinking it is happy causing you to be happy in realness!.

I watch some cheesy T!.V!. like those dating shows that are so addictive or you could always watch some stand-up comedy from one of your favorite comedians!. I always do this with a bit of popcorn!. I hope you feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
