Answers:
yeah i would totally agree with you!. exercise is meant to be good for depression sufferers, but in no way does it replace therapy etc!. keep going with it all!.
whether or not you feel like it,its a really positive thing that youre recognising these problems, and persuing treatment!. i really hope things start getting better for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

difficult to say without knowing your condition!. Like most things it is about balance, no one thing will solve your problems probably, but a balance of good things like exercise, healthy diet, mental stimulation, and spiritual growth if you are that way inclined, will probably help all together!.

Sorry to hear you lost a parent, if you are feeling suicidal still then you definitely need to continue the therapy, do everything you can, anything to get you back on your feet, try not to stop too much, get involved in things, go to therapy, got to nightclasses, exercise, travel, to on holiday, meditate, do whatever it is but don't keep it to yourself, you have to get your feelings out, talk about them in therapy, it's really important to get it out in the open I think!.

Fish oils, omega 3 help in the diet!. also burn burgamot and meditate, let your feelings out and and let go of them for just half an hour a day, clear your mind and relax, just sit in the moment and don't focus on the awful things that have happened!. It sounds simple but it may help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What is your "mental illness"!? How severe is your depression!? Excersize will definatley help, no dought about it, but only you can really answer that question if you need therapy etc!. If it's so debilitating it's interfering with pretty much everything in your life, you may need the support or even medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
