How to keep my brain sharp?????!


Question: How to keep my brain sharp!?!?!?!?!?
I have been feeling down lately because I feel that I am getting stupider by the second because I feel that i am not doing the right things to keep my brain sharp!. Right now I am only working about 4 hours a week and I am home alone about 10 hours each day so I don't have a lot of stimulation unless you consider that you can get that from a tv or computer!. I want to know some things I can do to help me get my brain and mind back to the way it was 2 yrs ago!. What are some things I can do!? Read!? Write!? Anything!? Any suggestions will be so great!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take some on line classes!. I have taken several and they are very interesting and can be very challenging!. To find one do a search by typing in "on line class' your state university' " Read or do crossword puzzles!. Reach out and see if you can help a neighbor!. Volunteer at a local school or hospital or retirement home!. If you feel you do not not have a talent I beg to disagree you can read to people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, stupid is what stupid does!. To start with there is no word such as "stupider"!. You are either getting more stupid by the second" and for God sake quit putting yourself down!. How is that being nice to you!.
I read allot and I do puzzles!. The brain needs exercises and so do you!. Walk everyday a mile or two!. "try to read a book" Do the kinda puzzles that would interest you!. I like a site call pogo!.com they have tons of games and puzzles!. Eat the right food as well!. Lot of bananas and mushrooms are good brain food!. Get a book on nutrition that will help you better yourself !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Read & write are great, as well as puzzles!. Also, exercise gets your brain running -- you probably have plenty of time for that!. I diet of fat and sugar will bring you down, and sleeping too much is boring!. Do you have any interests!? Doing anything you like stimulates your mind!. And thinking!. Read something thick with a lot of good vocabulary and write a story or two!. Buy some flash cards or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try dancing !. Maybe even pole dancing !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
