Question: I often starve/chew & spit my food !.!.!. !?
I think that I have a problem, but I don't know what I should do!. I'm in therapy already, but it never seemed important enough to bring up!. I always try and starve myself, [often for several days at a time], and I chew my food then spit it out a lot of the time so I don't get the calories!. My diet mainly consists of diet soda, V8 juice, and tea otherwise!. I know this isn't healthy, but is it important enough to bring up to my therapist or someone else !? You have an eating disorder!. You should bring it up with someone (or more than someone) becase they can help you!. Eating disorders in girls can be suuuper serious and a bunch of girls die because of it!.

Obviously, it is important enough to bring it up because you are talking about it now!. The question is, is why are you afraid to explore this with your therapist!? How far has this gone and how long has it been happening!? This can be extremely dangerous to your health!. If you can't start with family, start with your therapist!. Tell your therapist that it is something that you do not wish to have shared with your parents!. This should be a secure relationship where you can spill your guts without worrying about opinions or criticism!. Wherever you begin, begin now!. Deal with the issues now before you end up in the hospital!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is a form of anorexia/bulemia!. You need treatment for this as eating disorders can be deadly!. First, get yourself to a doctor who specializes in eating disorders to make sure you have not done any physical harm and are not in medical danger and then seek out a therapist specializing in the area, and/or get involved in an eating disorder program!.

yeah, u should tell ur counsler!. i do like the same thing!. where i will go like 4 days without eating but then i will eat a little and then starve again!. i didnt think it was a problem bcuz it wasnt like i wasnt eating at all!. but i am going to a counsler for a totally different reason and she called it binge eating disorder or something!.!.!.!.so, yeh u should tell ur counsler!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes it is definatley important enough to bring up your therapist!. this is a very serious issue and should be dealt with immediatly!. eating disorders are no joke and they have the power to kill you!. i hope you find the courage to tell your therapist!. best of luck sweetie

blimey i can only imagine what your in therapy for if you didnt think this was important!? ur therapist is there to help you you should tell them everything no matter how unimportant you might think it is!. try not to worry so much they're the last person thats gonna judge you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

seriously, eat breakfast in the morning, a good one, and it won't make you fat, I know, also eat veggies and fruit, I don't like veggies except for a Holiday Acres, so go there!. They help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
