Iv been feeling paranoid and alot of anxiety?!


Question: Iv been feeling paranoid and alot of anxiety!?
iv been feeling really paranoid!.!.!.!.im acting like a hypacondriac is you will!.
if i leave food on my kitchen table and go into my room for idleast 10 secs i cant eat the food
same thing with drinks!.!.i think there poison in it
sometimes i have the fearr of being on drugs
i start feeling vertigo then start haveing anxiety attacks
if i feel like im on something i think i am and i start freakin out

i am asumeing this is anxiety!. but im not sure
i dont take meds for to help cause i know i can overcome anxiety and just laugh at it in the end

I get the same way!. I'm get so paranoid at times, it's ridiculous!. Sometimes I feel like someone has poisoned my food at a restaurant, or I will like something is going to fall out of the sky and kill me!.

But I don't necessarily think this means you need to run out and gets meds!. I don't know how long it's been happening with you, but I know that my anxiety comes and goes in stages!. The best thing you can do is start recognizing what sets things off and either avoid these things or learn ways to deal with it!. For example, I just make myself do whatever is frightening me, and then I try to deal with the physical anxiety different ways, like breathing in and out heavily or getting up and walking around, or maybe you just need to start working out more frequently!. Exercise really does help the body calm down, and I promise that will make a huge difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your problem is VERY serious and you NEED professional help to overcome!. The good news is that you can overcome this with a good Psychiatrist or Psychologist!. You might be prescribed medication to help also but I think it is mostly talking about your fears and paranoia and finding solutions to overcome them!. PLEASE go see one as you already recognize that you need help!. If you can not afford to see one then go to a low cost (based on your income and ability to pay) of FREE clinic run by the Government and get a referral to one by one of their doctors!. If you don't need help or drugs than why can't you handle it right now!? You should go to a licensed mental health practitioner as myself and get a psych assessment if it is causing you such distress!. If it is clinical anxiety, you will need meds and therapy or you will just have to deal with it!.

It's just anxiety, you need to just go to a nice spot in your house and relax, take deep breaths!. I like to count to 100 in my head
that usally works and afterwards i'm more calmed!. If your anxiety gets worse i would reccomend talking to your doctor about it, he/she will give you some samples of medicine to try out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stop doing drugs!. Or it may have something to do with your lifestyle, for instance the music you listen to, try and listen to some better music!. Do something with your life instead of waiting for something to happen in your life!. It will take your mind off these thoughts!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you start hallucinating or hearing voices, you better go to a psychologist right away because you may be on the berge of paranoid schizophrenia!. it is a very disabling disorder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You dont need professional help!. You CAN overcome anxiety -- you really have to believe that!. I sometimes feel really paranoid to !.!. like sometimes when I am riding an elevator, I get a feeling that its gonna crush !.!. sometimes the fear becomes soo intense that I start to sweat and all!. Or, sometimes when my driver is driving the car, I just cant keep my eyes closed!. I got this feeling that something big is gonna hit our car and my face is gonna smash !.!.!. no matter wut I did !.!. I just ***** close my eyes!. And when I first started swimming !.!. I just ***** keep my breathe underwater!. I could give u a thousand examples of wut I have been thru!.

But believe me, the solution is only to Yourself!. You have to start thinking positive!. When I couldnt keep the breath underwater, I took a deep breathe and told myself !.!. "I can do it, I can do it" and everything became lot easier!.

And please do not worry about these things!. This will make the problem much much worse, believe me!. Yeah, sure, you do feel paranoid sometimes, but u dont feel this way whole day long, do you!? So once ur fear is over, just forget about it, dont keep on thinking abt it!. If u do, it will become worse, much worse!.

And so some realistic thinking!. Like why on earth anyone would ever want to poison you!?! And learn to laugh about it!.

I used to worry about what happens if a big truck hit my car, my face got smashed and I die!? After a while I relized that I really cant stop my fate, it car accident is how I am gonna die, then it will be it, there is nothing I can do to stop it!. So I guess you just have to accept it, and stop thinking about !.!. "What happens if that happens !.!.!." Try to take ur mind off to the problem, and do something u really like doing!. For instance, when I am in the car, I listen to the radio/songs I like, I look outside, think of my friends, appreciate how beautiful the day is !.!. stuff like that!.

Dont let the fear get you!.

And believe u, once u learn how to do all these, everything will become easier!. U just need to have this self-confidence, just dont think you are sick, and u need a doctor!.
