Anxiety/paranoia?!


Question: Anxiety/paranoia!?
Does anybody here suffer from these!? I believe I suffer from both (or maybe their the same!?)!. It's ruining many aspects of my life!. How did you overcome it!? I'm thinking about talking to my doctor about this!. Are you on medications!? Did you see someone!? How did it help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 17, and I've got really bad anxiety and I get very stressed and overwhelmed quite quickly!.

I'm on anti-anxiety medications, and my doctor suggested all these relaxation type behaviors and thinking patterns!. They sometimes help, depending on the level of anxiety I'm experiencing!.

I definitely recommend talking to your doctor! They can assess you're problems and treat it appropriately!.


But don't worry!. It's hard to overcome problems like this and sometimes it's really worrying!. See your doctor and a counselor or psychologist because it will really help to talk about issues!.

I have suffered from anxiety since the age of 14!. I'm 28 now!. It has greatly impacted my life!. I do not drive because I had a horrible anxiety attack while driving when I was 18, so I don't drive now!. I don't stay alone because of the anxiety and I can not work because of it either, so I draw Social Security!. I have been seeing a counselor for it for about a year and just completed the counseling last week!. I also have been on an anti-depressant med since I was 18!. The med seems to help in a way, but sometimes I still have anxiety attacks!. The counseling helps a little, but not a whole lot!. There are several treatments to consider!. It can start out as just simple anxiety!. But if you don't deal with it it can become severe and then become paranoia!.
The way to overcome it is by going to see a therapist and maybe getting on medication if need be!.
I went to see a therapist once because of unneeded paranoia and she suggested that I wasn't getting enough sleep!.
I started taking a sleeping pill and my paranoia went away!.

I have had anxiety all my life, and I have had some bad things accompanied by it such as frequent panic attacks, an eating disorder, and hyperactivity!. I have tried almost every medication out there, and you honestly need to talk to a doctor to find the right one for you!. Definitely see a doctor, because with all the medication and doctors available right now anxiety shouldn't have to rule your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes since my late teens I had social anxiety, then in my early 20s (now) it turned into a more general anxiety about everything!. As the anxiety became more general i am totally paranoid!. Sometimes I even expect the police to come to my house!!!

Been to doctors and took antidepressants that reacted badly - caused me to faint, and stuff - im now taking beta blockers for panic attacks, and I was taking valium!. Valium was very helpful but it tends to make you sleep, and isn't really practical for the type of work/study that I do, so I only took it for a short time!. It's not "addictive" like people say, but it stops working after a while so you need higher dosages - so docs dont tend to keep you on it!! Hope this helps!. I don't suffer from eating disorders!. I wish I knew where to begin!. I'm really not an expert, but I'm offering you my best advice!. Hope it helps!

If you're worried, eat lots of veggies and fruits which are very healthy for you in the meanwhile!.!.!.lots of vitamins, minerals and low/or non-fat!. Drink lots of water and tea, because they don't have additives in them or unnecessary sugars, dyes, calories, etc!. Natural juice is also fine!. Avoid sodas and junk food!. Try doing yoga to feel better!.

If you starve yourself, your body will trick itself into storing more fat because it will be in starvation mode! So avoiding food would be futile!.

So, it's best for you to eat to your hearts desire as many fruits and vegetables as you wish! And the best thing about them is that it's not necessary to binge on them because they're healthy!. Your body needs fuel to run on!. And seek a medical professional to help you, too!.
