I am struggling with my issues at the moment but I had a good chat with a real old friend who reminded me of who I am and some of the lessons I learnt as steps up on my emotional journey through life!.!.!.!. I have forgotten them and fell back into 'maudling' I have to wake up so!.!.!.

your mood is in your total control, nothing however, outside yourself will alter it!. You have to make the choice, you have to take control of your emotions rather than letting them control you!. So the answer to your question is nothing!. You have to choose your mood, nothing can "make" you feel good or bad, be happy or depressed, you choose to do what you do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
